Then it is necessary to strew the pipe with gravel in several layers, while each subsequent gravel layer should have a smaller and smaller fraction, one should not forget that each gravel layer must be well compacted.

A thin layer of granite chips can be poured onto a previously prepared site and compacted again, and at the end it is necessary to cover it with a slight layer of sand. And upon completion, on the finished site, small stones or broken bricks can be applied to a height of not more than 5 cm, after which a special mesh connected from reinforcement is laid on this surface.

Along the edges and around the entire perimeter, small road bumpers are mounted. And only after that, the site can be poured with concrete mortar, no more than 7-8 cm high.

For a preliminary calculation of the material, it is required to measure the height and width of the channel. As needed, you can make the ditch deeper, while keeping in mind that the deepening should be done smoothly and with a slight angle. This is necessary for a good stack of water, if this is not observed, then the water will not drain and will stand in one place.
